Our office provides a full range of audiological services provided only by licensed, trained, and experienced audiologists.  Let us know if you have any questions regarding any of these services or how they are done.
 

Acoustic Immittance (Tympanometry) - Computerized, objective assessment of eardrum, middle ear, and Eustachian tube function.

Audiological Evaluation - Battery of tests using pure tones and recorded words to determine hearing ability; administered in an ANSI-calibrated sound room assuring test reliability and validity.

Ear Impressions - Full ear impressions created with silicone-base material for production of in-the-ear monitors, custom hearing protection, hearing aids, and all styles of earmolds.   

Ear Wax Removal - Manual removal of cerumen or ear wax with a stainless steel ear loop.

Hearing Device Consultation - A no-obligation, no-cost, one-hour discussion and review of hearing device technology, realistic expectations, fitting  process, and an actual listening experience with “demo” hearing instruments.    

Hearing Device Evaluation/Verification - Documentation of actual hearing aid performance using real-ear measures, speech mapping, sound-field tests, and user satisfaction surveys. 

Hearing Device Cleaning and Repair (In Office) - Physical examination, high-speed vacuum cleaning, and listening check of the hearing device.   Replacement of parts including battery doors, earhooks, wax screens, filters etc. as needed. 

Hearing Device Repair (Factory) - Overnight shipping to manufacturer for factory-authorized repair with one year warranty. 

Hearing Loss Simulation - Software-generated reproduction of hearing loss for family and friends to “hear” and better understand loved one’s level of hearing impairment. 

Physical Ear Examination - Identifies landmarks and any abnormalities of the outer ear, ear canal, and ear drum with a hand-held otoscope which provides maximum light and magnification. 

Public Speaking/Consumer Education – Professional courses, presentations, and seminars presented by audiologists for the general public interested in learning more about hearing loss, strategies and solutions, hearing instrument technology, and hearing conservation.  PowerPoint format included.
